Purpose & Performance

In this session leaders or managers will learn how to:

  • Determine their current ‘wellbeing’ ranking  as a leader or manager and an understanding of the impact your current leadership style has in workplace to create new habits

  • Identify how to set work, wellbeing and performance  goals with intentionality, purpose and meaning at the heart

  • Understand the negative scripts and drivers that keep them in repeated cycles of poor productivity and diminish their value at work

  • Repeat their ‘energy excellence’ in the working day to avoid burnout 

  • Understand and develop a ‘personal effectiveness cycle’ and overcome barriers to motivation 

  • Learn how to refuel and recalibrate performance, presence and creativity
